Mara Delaney is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead and experienced Business & Management Educator with over 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality, retail and civil service sectors, committed to embedding inclusive practice across education and the workplace. With a specialist in neurodiversity, shaped by her own lived experience of navigating the world with ADHD, Mara brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her role.

Mara leads on a wide range of EDI initiatives, across education sector for apprenticeships and in further education including staff training, celebration events, resource development, and the establishment of staff and student networks. She plays a key role in ensuring that EDI principles are embedded across curriculum programmes, empowering students and apprentices to take inclusive thinking back into their organisations and drive positive change in their communities. Her work also champions sustainability, accessibility, and representation, supporting a culture of belonging across the Group and beyond.
